From every dollar we earn, we set aside 10% into what we call the 10% Fund. That fund is our way of giving back — channeling a portion of our success directly into causes and communities that need it most. We believe that by doing good, we can create something larger than ourselves.

Sidney lives in the beautiful High Country of North Carolina and has been in real estate for nearly four years. As an Acquisitions Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent with The 10% Group, she’s passionate about helping others navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. For Sidney, real estate is about more than just properties, it’s about people. She finds purpose in serving her local community, building meaningful relationships, and creating solutions that truly make a difference. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Trevor earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Le Moyne College and spent over a decade running a successful direct sales company before transitioning into real estate. At The 10% Group, he connects quality deals with the right investors, focusing on transparency, integrity, and win-win opportunities. As an active investor and family man, Trevor knows what makes a great deal, and values building relationships that last.
Karen works as our team’s Transaction Coordinator. She manages transactions from contract to closing. She also handles our retail real estate listings and has been a NC licensed Realtor since 2006.
