Last year (2024) I wanted to sell my property (5000 square foot house on 4 acres in the city) but I did not want to do the classic "find a realtor, list, show, etc."  The property had some issues but excellent structure, unusually large lot to be within the city, great location and solid but not a "prestigious" address, and I was moving out of the country.  I met Jordan Budd, talked with him about my objectives, preferences, etc.  He quietly but broadly marketed and sold my property and met my objectives without any of the "standard" spiel.  I found Jordan straight up, a great communicator, and very respectful of me and my wishes.  He accomplished my objectives.  Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.  If I had property to sell again here I would reach out to Jordan to manage that process, without consideration of anyone else.
